Shipping & Delivery Terms

Customers are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. Woodyz TC Fuzhun ltd Co. is not liable for delays, delivery errors, or non-receipt resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer.

All orders are considered fully completed and fulfilled once the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout. Carrier-validated delivery—whether to a mailbox, parcel locker, front door, or other designated delivery point—constitutes successful delivery of the order.

Any loss, theft, damage, or misplacement that occurs after the carrier confirms delivery is beyond the control of Woodyz TC Fuzhun ltd Co and is not eligible for refunds, replacements, or chargebacks. Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer at the moment delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

Woodyz TC Fuzhun ltd Co. cannot modify the destination once the package has been handed to the carrier.  If you use a carrier tool (including, but not limited to Fedex Delivery Manager, UPS My Choice, USPS Package Intercept) to redirect any packages to a different address than the original shipping address or a holding location, Woodyz TC Fuzhun ltd Co. will consider the item "Delivered" once the Customer Initiated Redirect has been initiated.  Any redirection initiated by the recipient serves as an acknowledgement of receipt and will be ineligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.  We are not liable for packages lost or stolen following a customer-requested address change or "hold for pickup" request.

By placing an order with Woodyz TC Fuzhun ltd Co, the customer acknowledges, understands, and agrees to these Shipping & Delivery Terms in full.
